SUMMARY:Sweatworking with Fleet Feet
DESCRIPTION:During these sheltered in times we may not be able to get out and be together while working out. But what we CAN do- we can Run. Running is NOT cancelled. Being outside in the fresh air is NOT cancelled. So\, we are piggy backing off Fleet Feet and joining them on their Wednesday: Virtual Pub Run. Pick your 1\, 3\, or 5 miles at a location of your choice and hit the streets running. Don’t forget to reward yourself with a cold brew after your run. Post a picture of yourself after your run with your cold brew on the YP’s Facebook or Instagram pages. Tag @fleetfeetgvl and add #runningisNOTcancelled\, #togetherwelove and Fleet Feet will repost it. Let’s get out and virtually connect through running and social media while we social distance during this time.
