How did you get to Greenville?

In 2009 I transferred from a small school in PA to finish up my undergraduate degree.  Like most, I did the move to Raleigh, became a stranger in a larger city, and within a year I realized how much I missed the sense of community Greenville offers. So I came back to pursue a second degree from ECU and make this place home. I haven’t looked back!

Where is your favorite breakfast/coffee spot in Greenville? Scullery – hands down.  You can even find me on the news talking about their breakfast!

Where is your favorite lunch spot in Greenville?  La Ribera Mexican Restaurant – Taco Tuesday and right next to the office

Where is your favorite dinner spot in Greenville? CPW’s – every single time I have to loosen my belt when I leave.

What are your top three things to do in Greenville? Local running groups, ECU sports, Breweries

What is your favorite festival in Greenville? Favorite festival is Pirate Fest!

What is your favorite park in Greenville and why? Town Commons – as a drummer, I enjoy the live music!

How do you give back to Greenville? I have participated in Tar River Clean ups, Toys for Tots, Special Olympics, and other sponsored events.

What is one thing you would like to see come to Greenville? Professional sport or Top Golf

How can Greenville be improved?  Hard to change perfect!

How did you hear about the Young Professionals of Pitt County? Heard about YP through work, and had friends/co-workers involved

Why did you join the Young Professionals of Pitt County? I joined to network, and I keep coming back because I’ve met such great people.

What is your favorite part of YP? Third Thursdays.
